Managed to get something accomplished this weekend after dealing with a flat tire on the bike. The first pictures are of the gas pedal, I took the wagon right hand drive won and re molded it. Did this so I could use the throttle cable and hand throttle, plus the pedal has a rubber pad and is a little bigger. Stock 40 is the first pick.

Nice work kid............

That throttle bracket looks familiar along with that muffler, gotta like the chrome tho....

Well cruiser heads, didn't get much done this weekend but still got a step closer to get it done. The first set of pics are of the rocker shaft that rob was to lazy to change, HAHA.

I also got the fenders hanging, along with the bib. So now all I have to get is an air filter cause the stock box would not fit. Plus I have to modify the drive shaft and wire in the marker lights and add a Rad support on the driver side. So hopefully next weekend will be the big day.

You have a couple 40 series air cans that would work nicely or modify a 60???

Well sorry I haven't posted any pics but for information sake I have been driving the beast since sunday evening and working some of the kinks out. First impressions are that it is a great cruising engine but boggs on the hat, but this could be due to bad timing, which I will find out on fri. It is a lot quieter than the 350. Has nice torque from start but flattens out, hopefully I will get a chance to take it out this weekend. Ill put pics up when I take some of the finished product.

Well here are the last set of pictures. So the first 2 pics are of the extra filter I got from P&R and installed it before the primer pump.

And the last ones here are of the final look and you'll notice the airbox which is from a Delica. I am going to have to modify the inlet a little more to let it breathe better.
