I see SOR have one similar but does anyone know of any other 40/50 Fire vehicles from Japan that made it to the US?

there was a 60 series version with 3f that sold a while back in Nevada (possibly). (i forget specifics on that one)

also a bunch of 55 versions.etc.

Im not sure who buys these other than eccentric mudder-retired- fireman.....

or possibly arsonists who also have a savior complex...but thats a rare combo.

I've got a Portuguese BJ45 Troopy that was used for a transport carrier for a VFD. Not as rigged as this one but very cool. We are living in Nicaragua for the year and they have a lot of old Patrol fire rigs that resemble this on a patrol base. Also, very cool. Will post pics if I get a good one.

Pretty old thread but it popped up on a google search. I just imported this one from New Zealand. I'm not a fireman groupie but I hope to use it for some fundraising and just for grins.
