I was curious if it was 90 degrees off the ground. The tube carrier the bolt pattern rotated slightly counter clockwise. I have one of these gas can carriers and on the earlier plate style carriers the can sits level.

How did you get the thick bondo removed? My 79 has some bondo in the left rear corner from a dent repair. Since my labor is cheap when I get around to body work want remove any bondo.

Got to finally test drive cowboy after the dash revitalization!! Tested all the knobs and switches. Everything works 5.0 except the turn Signals. I think it’s the relay. Also I’m going to change the license plate bulbs. They didn’t come on either.

Just cleaning the cruiser. Come to find out brass cleaner works well on chrome. Also I’m finding most of the original paint is still there under the overspray!

Sadly one of the POs cut them. I’m looking for new ones when I get back from my business trip.

More paint striped back. It appears they tried to prep the body before they sprayed it with blue (Sometime after it was painted silver) by the worn threw spots. All in all, not to bad..

Maybe it's the photo but it looks like you have a lot of toe out on those front wheels.

The dash is correct, the step is for the lower dash pads. I have a 77 that is factory stock if you need some pictures.

@SSTigerMerc id love some! Do you have the switche to the right of the steering column? If so what is it for? And how do you activate the high beams? I can only flash them at the moment.
