That Portland 45 is earlier than ‘65 (Turn signal unit is later hack). Fixed windshield, seats and cluster say mid-‘64 or earlier, probably ‘63. Hood is not original, later. Wonder if it has the original doors?

Is the fixed windshield original? I figured it had just been welded up.
the original 45lp's had the windshield fixed, my early 1963 has a fixed windshield frame, later on they had plates that bolted it in place instead of hinges as the top didn't come off.
side note, the frame is just attached at the same place the plates or hinges would be located. there is seam sealer across the center versus a rubber gasket

I didn’t think they made the SWB RHT in but I could be wrong?!?! I thought they were produced ‘64, ‘65, ‘66. But maybe it’s a brass tagged and produced in ‘66 and sold in ‘67?
