A local body shop here in Gallup. I don’t think the stuff is tough to apply but what a difference a paint booth and experience makes.

We have progress people! Got the Raptor Liner under and inside the tub. I’m really happy with how it turned out. Very uniform and consistent texture.

Also got drive shafts spun up. Tom Woods did a great job. They were really easy to work with.

RE rear driveshaft angle, after you get all the weight on the truck, you want that pinion pointed right at the double cardan joint, maybe downwards 1-2 degrees to allow for torque twist of axle & leafs under load.

I was goin to say that’s a performance mod but I think my mechanic assembled it incorrectly when he rebuilt the transfer case. I plan on using a Dakota Digital dash do you think it matters at is point to leave alone?

How long is your rear driveshaft? I'm doing a 5.3/4l60e conversion on my 74, and it seems that the flange to flange distance (output to diff) might be too short.

So we just got back from Moab. I love that place. We did Pritchett Canyon, Area BFE, and Poison Spider to Where Eagles Dare. Great group of friends and the kids loved it!

Back to the F Bomb. Here’s the simple bracket I fabbed up for the twin stick kit. I’ll finalize the placement of the pivot once the body is on and I can line it up with the hole in the tunnel.

So a little progress has been made. Lots of parts on order. Installed the in tank fuel pump for the motor swap. New tank. Holley returnless in tank pump. Very easy installation. I also signed a contract with a hand modeling agency.
