I've been searching for extended brake line options and have found several threads about using T100 / tundra lines. The only issue is that I don't know if tundra is for the front or what. I don't really need to go the SS route and only need a few inches extended.

Can someone chime in about the exact setup please?

IE: Tundra 07 for front, 97 t100 for rear

Thank you!!

There's a chart on here with all the info you could need. Or contact one of the vendors, tell them what you're wanting to do and they'll have you ready to go in no time.

If you want to roll back to my gallery/album for OSOKRZY about the end of August 2015 I did the brakes and posted pics of each of the brake lines (incl. PN's) and where they went. I ordered the lines from Beno and he sent the right extended lines for the right places.
FYI-there are a couple that are not direct fits to the brackets, or were not on my '93. Your results may vary by year.

Have you checked to see if they are needed, depending on shocks, likely not? When needed, we make simple brackets to lower the frame side hard line mount, solves the problem.

Cool, I will check the album's out.

I'm in the middle of swapping in locking axles and
The rear center line is being stretched when at full drop. Figured I'll just do all of them and not bleed the system 2 times.

Thank you everyone for the info

This option is simple, doesn't need bleeding.

Not sure that was a compliment!

Your second post is just as useful as your first.

Ok since, I could not find a set of longer braided brake lines, I went to a shop that makes them, I had a full set made for about $240. So find a place that makes them, bring in a set and have the copy them, but longer like I did, since they will be about the same as OEM T-100 set

What length do you need ?

Longer than the ones Slee offers?

BUT will the 20+ year quality be the same? I doubt it but if so

The merits of Braided vs. standard/stock brake lines has been :deadhorse:.

It comes down to the abrasion resistance of the jacket and if you have your 80 in a situation where you are concerned about the abrasion resistance of your extended lines your focusing on the wrong problem Sparky. :slap:

Not to be an ass, but if you can't make your own you shouldn't be driving a 20+ year old truck. Unless you just have lots of cash to burn.

1) Buy some flat stock metal at HD.
2) Cut it to the desired length
3) Drill two holes in it.
4) Paint to your desired color.
5) Put on truck.
6) Drink favorite beverage and admire work.

Oh, and if your brake lines are tight at full drop than your parking brake is tight as well and will need to be spaced down from the frame approximately 2".

I found this from a thread somewhere in here which I saved for future reference.
