Well, I know a guy who has a place in Arnold... Crash there, run slickrock first thing in AM and then it would just be up 89 and down 50 to wrights lake, about 3 hrs from trail end to trailhead... Sounding epic....

I thought running slick rock north to south spit you out close to Barrett? I might be wrong, time to consult "the book".

Slick Rock is on highway 4. Barret is off the 50, close to Rubicon area.
I see that now, I was thinking Deer Valley in my head.
Would be awesome to run slick / deer/ strawberry... Someday... Maybe...

I'm afraid I'm going to have to unsubscribe from Jose's thread. It makes me feel like I should spend more money on my rig than the wife and kid!

@AMMO I was gonna mention dusy as maybe the far south start to the epic trail list... May need 2 weeks to do all of them, but back to back to back would be so epic! I loved driving past broken down trailered rigs on Barrett, then airing up and driving my "trail rig" home. Looping them all together would be awesome!

There are a ton of really good builds throughout the different sections of IH8MUD. Do some searching. There were some phenomenally original builds years ago in the mid-2000's.
Some just as good as Jose's .....
At least in the 80 series world.

I realized I didn't explain in that post. Front diff armor is from Ballistic Fab. Truss is from Low Range. Knuckle gussets from RuffStuff. The rest is DIY front armor from 3/8" angle iron.
LOVE IT!! Speaking of the interior, could you post some pics? I'd love to see how you organized the dash and controls...
Did you get your front main seal & oil pump leak complete? I'm trying to convince myself to GetRdone on my Lexi. It's starting to leak up front in that area.
