If Euclid doesn't end up wanting the crossbars, I need some for my 62. Let me knowI have 2 sets of towers and cross bars from my 62.
Ohm...
Many people don't have air in their spares anyway........just not intentionallyThanks @jrob for the hitch, it's all bolted up. Had to chase the threads for the forward bolts since they hadn't been used. I left the OEM tow hooks in place for now.
Also did the budget spare tire lift. Problem: with the hitch in place the 315 won't quite fit. Possible solution: let the air out of the tire to reduce the size. I have a Viair that I'll carry all the time from now on, I'd rather have that in the back of the truck than the 315. I got the spare under there with 1" clearance from the control arm and 1.5" from the exhaust (that's what it was before).
Is there any reason not to roll with the spare un-inflated? @wct49 @Bomar what y'all think?
I've done it Many times . Once it's in then you put some air back in. Gravity will help it come out
