Initial run of my recently converted 1996 FZJ to HDJ. Pretty much effortlessly cruises at speed.

Motor: 1HD-FT
Turbo: Yes, GTurbo Grunter Extreme
Intercooler: Yes, Safari FMIC
Tires: 315/75/16 BFG AT KO
Exhaust: 3.0" Inside Frame Straight with Aero Muffler, exits just behind tire
Egt probe location: Pre-Turbo
Trans: 5 speed H151F
Diffs: 4.88 ARB's
T-Case: .90 OD Hi Range, 3.1 Lo Range

Cruising Data:
Speed: 65 mph (102 kph)
RPM: 2850
GPS or Speedo: Speedo, GPS corrected
Av. Temp: 75 F (24 C)
Altitude : 400' (122 M)
Boost: 10 psi
EGT Temp: 400 to 450 F (205 to 232 C)

On a decent prolonged climb over 1000' pass, easily held 65 mph, EGT topped out around 900 F (465 C)

They're some pretty high cruising RPMs. What sort of fuel economy do you see at that speed?
 
you would like to go down on R&P with your manual transmisión .. I'm moving same 315 ( same size at least ) with stock gearing and H150

To be seen, as I am on my first full tank post-conversion. Filled up 50+ miles ago, and the gauge has yet to move. Either it is stuck, or the rig is sipping fuel.

EGT Temp: 500-600*F cruising 115kph, 900-950*F maintaining 115kph up hills, max I can seem to get it is 1275* in 5th, floored, for a good chunk of time, at 135kph.
