Any thoughts on whether gravel and sand will build up on top of the plates or are there provisions for that stuff to drain/shake out?

Thanks fellas easy swap out. NY winters killed it. Surprisingly not much rust underneath at all, I’m happy about that. Tightened up some heat shields while under there too.Very easy install. 4x 14mm bolts. You just need to remove under engine skid first, which is 6x 12mm bolts, to make access to the front bolts for the transmission skid. The front edge of the engine skid slots into some tabs on the stock front skids.. the only mildly tricky part of the whole job.

Those are actually 304 stainless steelAnother great product from @turbo8 are his aluminum RLCA skids that not only protect the arm from damage but also strengthen it by way of the design as a truss of sorts. I added drain or weep holes in front of the braces on mine to allow fluid and sediment to drain out.
