Upgraded the camp lighting setup with the HardKorr Lighting 2m 3 color strip and a 3 color work light in the tailgate. So much more light than I had before plus it’s dimmable and you can swap between Amber, daylight, and somewhere in the middle.

I cut and bent some textured dash plastic to mount the controller and cover up holes in the rear interior plastic from the pernicious owner. A Euro plug was here when I bought it, but I have had the hole covered by patch until now.

^^ I've wanted to install one of these for a very long time. Do you feel it's solid enough to stand on for accessing the roof?

It is definitely solid enough. It’s a much thicker steel than what was OEM, so I’d bet it’s strong than the original sheet metal. I’ve stood on it and had 3 people sitting on it at once, it flexes a little but it’s very solid.

Bryce,
What material is the top?

I replaced the steering wheel on Duke yesterday with an OEM Toyota AE86 (Corolla) JDM wheel. I did this for a few reasons:

- Looks… this is my favorite looking OEM wheel ever and it suits the Land Cruiser perfectly IMO
- My wheel was getting pretty grimy
- position. This wheel is deeper, so it sits a pout 1.5in closer to me. My seating position is perfect now. The Scheel Manns gave me the leg room i needed. Now I no longer need to reach too far for the wheel.

That looks really good. where would i find one?

I built a swingout fold down table im finally happy with! Everything on the market was too thick for the clearance I have available, so i built my own using 3mm Aluminum, hood latches, and steel cable. Super simple. No welding required.

Do you have a link for those snap together button things you used to lock the table up? Been trying to find something similar but my words are failing me in trying to google something like that..

They are hood pins. Lots of options on Amazon.
