I got the tatton dc fronts. Made the mistake of specifying that i dont want the flanges milled. I was so wrong. I had to take it to a local shop to have it taken apart and to a machine shop to be milled. Long story short, have it milled if you are getting tattons. Btw, im interested in another dc front shaft and i dont mind getting tattons again. I believe tatton said he could give a discount for orders of 3 or more. I wonder if we could do a small group buy. I would have to call him tomorrow though to confirm. Looks like we have a couple of interested people. What do you guys think? @2fpower @Salue .
I created a thread for a tatton driveshaft group buy. If i can get 6 orders, it will be $325 shipped to your door. Bolt on. PM me if you want to join. Thanks.I would be interested, pending price. Taco driveshafts seem to be getting hard to find, at least near me.
Cheers,
Salue

What double cardan and U-joints did T.Woods use that look so beefy? The guys at tom wood new just what I needed and it bolted right up. The tom woods DS looks to be as beefy or more then the Mr T original
On the front? Seems unnecessary but most aftermarket shafts will be a bit girthierHope you guys are going heavier wall.
Right. True.Mine are .133 wall front and rear IIRC, (and 1350 cvs), shop that builds dls for Tom Wayes truck built mine and said thats what he uses on Tom's. I know lots go thicker but thats a lot thicker than stock shafts anyway. Either way, if I was getting a custom shaft I'd go heavier to some degree.
