Door Handle Replacements? (2 Viewers)

Since my kids broke my rear door handle (exactly the same break as the silver one in the photo above) I thought i'd post the part numbers for different colors as far as I was able to figure it out. Not sure why the color names are funny (Sparkle Grey vs Knights Armor, etc)

Silver MM 1G1: 6921060170B0
Sparkle Solid Grey 1H3: 6921060170B1
Peridot Mica 6V6: 6921060170G0
White Pearl 077: 6921060170A0
Black 202: 6921060170C0
Garnet Red 3S0: 6921060170D0
Sleek Ecru 4U7: 6921060170E0

I'm pretty sure the same pattern works for the small cover part, 6925060050B0 - change the last 2 characters to the paint code you want, ie 6925060050G0 for the best color.

The rubber gaskets are P/N 6924260080 and P/N 6924160060. They were a couple bucks each and one of mine were torn so I was glad I just got them with the replacement handles.

Heh - I think it’s more the previous owners kids I blame, it’s a 2010, who knows how many kids have hung off of those handles.

They’re not that hard to replace. I followed Bob’s video and got it done in 45. It’s also a good time to add sound deadening and thermal insulation since you’ll (hopefully) never have to get in there again.

And ya’ll should stop s***ing on the kids. My kid broke mine too. I couldn’t open a door handle above my head that needs to be pulled upwards and out for years on end without breaking it. We’re the ones that bought offroaders and then lifted them more its a weak plastic design. One of the few design shortcomings of the gx IMO.

Sadly almost all mfg's are this way. It's an industry design flaw.

Replaced the broken door handle following GX Bob's video, took about 20 minutes and went exactly how he described.
