“Dove” the Lhasa had a good day out on some Virginia trails today… next week we’re finally moving to a place with a yard so my wife can easily let him out while she’s watching the kids when I’m out. Not that I don’t like the company, but it’ll be a lot easier to wheel and travel now that his attendance will be optional rather than mandatory.

11 1/2 years…she passed away Sunday….one of the most intelligent and human thinking dogs I have known

It’s an unreal experience but these guys live in your memory forever. I remember every one of them. My other dog is very upset….she is 4 and just stares at me as if to say…where is she?
Thanks guys… we appreciate the thoughts

My guard dog is working under-cover this morning. 😊

An 18 year old Akita reported as a dead dog on the side of the road and a catahoula/great Dane puppy.

Took them to Mikaelas Mutt Motel Mikaela's Mutt Motel - Dog Rescue - https://mikaelasmuttmotel.org/ where they are on foster care and will be adoptable soon.
The Akita, who we named Billy, lasted 11 days. He crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday. But he had 11 days of peace and went in comfort. 6 people devoted a bunch of hours, effort and money to make it so. But it was worth it. Would definitely do it again.
