Damn - I love this bumper but really want a bar to protect against deer strikes. Do you think one could be added fairly easily?

They seldom help. Most deer, elk and moose are tall enough they would just roll over the hood. Even see it on tall 3/4 ton truck here in Texas, Sometimes if they are a bit to the side they get knocked that direction. I was always a big believer in them but after watching and thinking I realized it's the drunks that have a high percentage rate of getting us. Some animal freeze and some run. The ones that stand and wait usually jump in the last second straight up like some type of reflex. Most people do exactly the same.

If I lived in Australia I would definitely go with on. Those Roos jumping around everywhere and the type of brush they have is where those bars evolved. We always had brush guards on our farm trucks when I was a kid. But it was just for driving through head high brush sometimes or corn. There is always a small chance one could save you....but I've been shocked by lightning 2 times while getting gas. I'm not wearing a rubber hat and boots though. :)) If you look at statistics then death from driving in general and drunken morons are the numbers that are scary. :)))

When can I get you to take my money for a set of these sliders?

How much money do you have? I'm talking my rig out in a few weeks. I can try and squeeze your money in . :)
Hey I saw your Jeep with an the LS and the Atlas. I'm doing a similar build right now only using a L86 6.2 Gen V engine. I wanted something that would do the most challenging trails and I can roll and not worry about it. It will be a big padded cage on 40's with some tunes. :))

Nice, what a beast. I'm a little tamer. Gen IV 4.8 (VVT without the dead lifter issues on the 5.3) to be able to use the 6L80 for the tap shift. 37s, low COG. It's fun, saves the 200 from trail duties for now at least. When I did mine, no one was really doing Gen V yet. Any issues? Electric steering work around?

yeah they have all the wiring bugs worked out and it is pretty much plug and play. The first 2 yrs of the LT's had some issues and I was very suspicious of carbonation problems with the direct injection. No body had solved it really and tried to hide the problem. This is a big deal if your vehicle has turbos. But GM, Toyota and Ford with the big Ecoboost skeleton in the closet all added an extra injector to shoot a little fuel on the valve occasionally to keep carbon from building up. So the personality and torque really changed on the Gen V's,
The L83 5.3's make a great truck engine. Lots of torque for towing. But who knows what emissions standards they will push on us next. We'll have homemade electric off roaders in the next year if we don't already. That will be cool.

Sorry for the lack of updates! We have been crazy busy.
I am pleased to say everything held up great in Moab! We took several good hits to the sliders and drug the rear over the rocks countless time without issues.
We do have four 200s here now along with 1 lx570 so we will be finishing those before production. Unfortunately we do have a lot of time that will need to go into hardware lists, installation instructions ect before I’m comfortable shipping anything.
This can actually take more time than the bumper design sometimes.

Once the local install slow down a bit we will focus more on making these ship able.
Here are a few from Moab.

Something many don’t know about us is we don’t only build armor. We are a full service shop capable of full builds as well. We can supply and install just about any accessory.
We are currently working on this clean build, bringing this 2017 from stock to 100% built.
On this one we are doing front and rear bumpers with some custom accessories, sliders, skid plates, roof rack, rigid adapt light bar, compressor, snorkel, bp51 with tough dog springs, @TRAIL TAILOR upper control arms, shock and lower control arm guards, camera relocation, safari snorkel and more.
We are taking care of tires alignment and trimming for tires as needed, we also dropped it off to David at @TrekboxX for a completely turn key build.

Impressive!

Man your bumper designs are next level stuff... Best looking bumpers bar none for the 200. I especially love the way you "wrap" the metal around the underside of the rear corners, it's art.
I'm really trying to hold out for one of your rear bumpers with swing out, but I'm having the LRA 40gal tank installed next month and will need a place for the spare sooner than later. Keep up the good work @benc .

saw your website and I dont see anything on this. Im curious about the rear bumper with camera relocate.

As of now time in the only hold up.
We have everything finalized and just need to finish up all of our current builds before production. We do have several new builds coming as well so unfortunately I’m not 100% sure on timing for the items to be ship able.
I’m hoping we will be semi caught up by the end of the month and be able to focus some time on production.

Any updates on roof rack availability? Looks like it will give Prinsu a run for the money.
hopefully soon!
Time is our limiting factor at the moment.

Correct, nothing on the website yet.
We are currently only doing local installation at our shop in Northern California.
Once those slow down we can push into production.

Wow. Who fabricates slider supports like that? Ben does! Impressive next level stuff.

That's awesome... So what do you fact planned for the large aluminum box that the table folds down from... Storage for? This is really cool because it's really similar to an idea I had a couple weeks ago..I see a lot of folks with the dual Jerry can holder on one swingout and the tire on the other but I'll have no use for jerry cans with the 40gal aux gas tank so I thought having a really sturdy fold down work surface with some storage would be awesome. I imagined the storage sort of under the table (table next to tailgate and storage on the outside) so that once the table is down there would be drawers or doors just under the table top that you could store all sorts of stuff in.
Really nice work man!

This rear bumper looks like it is going to be a really nice system with lots of options.
