Ben what's your current situation? Do you still need a 2014 LC to work on. ( I want both front and rear)
I'm heading overseas in a few weeks. Might be a good time to bring mine out if you still need a 2014 to do your thing with.
Seems like you have a lot of interest but a shortage of vehicles to work out the details with.

I have a 2014 coming this weekend are will have it for a bit so I don’t need one as of now but I’m happy to get bumpers on yours as well if you want to leave it.

I'd rather not drive 4000 miles if I don't have to. Are you planning to be able to produce and ship in a few months?..or what's the plan with that?

Planning on it but time frame highly depends on how these final prototypes go.
I actually have the first rear bumper that was 100% built on jigs with no test fitment powder coated and getting installed today, we will see how that goes.

Just a quick shout out for @benc and his awesome work!

I picked my truck up a few weeks ago and got to play around a bit in the CA snow and then in the UT snow and dessert driving through the Swell. Armor looks awesome and while it wasn't heavily tested, I'm confident it'll do exactly what I need when the time comes.

Here are a few pics from the first part of my trip:

Thanks for letting us be part of your build!

We got our shop 200 reassembled after the full color change! Finalized rear bumper and roof rack installation when well, we also added a aluminum ladder/accessory mount. This with have the option for panels or ladder steps, the top is adjustable and can be run at the angle of the hatch, vertical or be removed for visibility. We will be moving out aluminum 3rd swing out dry box with table into production as well an that will mount to the new ladder, when the steps are not in place you can mount all kinds of accessories to the inside. This entire set up is under 200 lbs!

That looks amazing. I have seen some pictures of 100 and earlier bumpers you provide, but not a lot of trail damage on the aluminum (only happened to find on road.) How do those stand up on the trail and since I believe you have them in sections, how much are replacement wings front/back? I'm very interested in weight savings so the aluminum is a big plus.

@benc are you guys taking that rig to Overland Expo West or LCDC?

Thanks!
While this it a new product I have been running aluminum on our Tacoma for years with good results, I believe these will take a hit extremely well with how we have the reinforcements however they will scrape up a bit more than the steel when dragged along rocks. Likely looking at about $400 a wing fo replacement.

Sweet- thanks for the information.

I'm interested in a rear bumper in the aluminum hybrid (for a 2016 200). I really like the option of removing the swing-outs when not needed.
