The 77 is pretty straightforward. Since it does not have factory PS, it doesn't need the idler pulley.
It just needs the EGR blockoff & gasket, and the cap & plug kit.

What's the going rate on a plug set these days? I have a 75 that was previously desmogged but done very poorly. Some very odd caps sticking out of the head that have welds in the tops to seal them. Using aftermarket header and a Weber currently so I don't need the air cleaner stuff. I will pay the same price, but you don't need to send those, just the allen plugs for the head and TStat housing. Let me know the price. Thanks!

Hello! We're back from vacation, mostly caught up on the desmog stuff. Thanks for your patience.
New AP idlers were built & shipped this week, but due to the pent up demand there is only (1) 81-87 and (1) 79-80 left in stock. Pieces are ordered to build more but won't be here for a few days yet.

Also ran out of the EGR gasket yesterday, so those will be shipped separately in the next week.

To answer specifics:
BagOChips, your complete order was shipped today.

Arizona, there is 1 idler in stock at this moment, with more in process for the end of the week. Send $115 for just the idler and it'll be on the way.

Roadstr, I don't think a payment arrived in the PP account from you. LMK if I should be looking for this.

Klonky, it's $170 delivered for all the desmog parts shown in post #1 & #2 in this thread.
