Why not just order an adjustable panhard? The adjustable OME's run about $250 and you get new bushings.

Because that doesn't solve problem 2 described in the original post. Simply making the panhard longer will actually make the problem worse, as well as potentially cause interference when stuffing the left rear tire.

Got the “75 mm Slinky Intermediates”. Does the trackbar sit perfectly on OEM springs?

Can you measure the diameter of the spring? Should be somewhere over 6" I imagine?

Did you mean "perfectly flat" for the panhard? Not sure if you left out a word there.

Yes, perfectly level or flat. Just wondering what a baseline would be.

Will measure diameter tomorrow.

Man, what a long time coming for such a great product. Very cool. The adjustable panhard bar is really a mediocre solution on its own. Like you stated, it is half the solution. Mr T put that panhard at the center of its arc for a reason. I believe if you are serious about a top shelf suspension, this needs to be part of it. I get the OME 2.5" and no more, makes perfect sense getting your truck started on a build.

What I am supporting is this bracket along with modern coil spring concepts, newer ideas in shocks, better caster correction, dc front shaft or part time kit, adjustable upper rears, bigger (anti) sway bars, etc. That is the next-next level. Don't have to, but it is a pretty cool fun way to fuel the addiction with parts that are still "form follows function".

Have this on our 80, Quality work and function. Keep up the good work:beer:

We might have something up our sleeve for the better caster correction aspect of things.

Bring it! More vendors with the love of Cruisers is where it's at.

Well glad you posted! I was just about to order adjustable panhards.

You going to make one for us 200 series guys?!?!?!? I'll test it out for you

Just picked up mine from @LandCruiserPhil last night. I am super excited about installing this mod. I feel the wiggle everytime I hit a bump.

We had a few Delta equipped 80 on our August Run Of The Month and all agreed on a new found calmness in handling both on and off road.

Thanks for the purchase and it was nice to have met you in person.

Hey folks, just a quick heads up:

We are having a Labor Day Sale on "scratch and dent" 3" panhard brackets. $40 off for purely cosmetic, extremely slight damage on 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 0 of the 3" PLB. Just ender code "SCRATCHED" in the Order Summary after choosing the 3" option and $40 will be taken off.

In all reality, the amount of damage is probably less than what would happen while installing, but we like to see only the best go out the door at normal pricing.

An example of the coating damage:

Hey @Willy beamin ! Would suggest measuring from a flat, level surface up to the center of each panhard bar bolt and thinking about the other questions from Post 1. Report back and then can give you a solid recommendation based on that!
