Bump any news on water levels

150CFS last report:princess:

Not much chance of any increase in flow with
Bartlet at 100% and
Horseshoe at 3%

Water crossing will be a true stocker friendly. I will be driving a 100 series.

Weather forecast for Sunday:
Clear. High of 102F. Winds from the SW at 5 to 10 mph.

Not going to be able to make it.. :frown: I'm really bummed.. My son's troop leader asked me to come up to summer camp with them at Geronimo. Had another dad drop off so I'm next in line.
Next time for sure...

Hi Murph

Can you confirm meet up time and location for Sunday?
Looks like it will be a little warm but should still be a great day, the family is looking forward to it!

Confirmed still a go with the same time and place info as in post one.

May be a little warmish but might lose a couple degrees in elevation and might even splash in the water if need be

If we leave on time, we should be able to be up there mid-morning while still nice.

Looking forward to it. We'll have two passengers.

Murf, you're still bringing the grill, right?

yes, I have the CSC grill and am bringing it. ILl check and see if the tank needs filled before Sunday.

I don't mind holding on to it at all but if anyone wants to use it or grab it from me anytime, let me know. Not mine, it is the clubs....

CSC Membership

With all the recent talk of the CSC club, meeting spots, and possible presidential election, I realize that being an undocumented lurker may need to change. Will there be a member of CSC that would be authorized to take my $20 and swear me in as an official CSC member at this run?
I don't attend meetings because i usually take the :princess: out on Friday nights.

I will go to the website and fill out the required info. Why do you need my address:flipoff2:

Shoot, reverse :flipoff2: as I realize that may be jeopardize my application acceptance.:hillbilly:

Cool, finally taking the plunge, huh?!

Shoot a PM Landcruiser Phil about this and maybe he can bring the needed items to swear you in?

You know all new guys gotta bring the steaks, right? :flipoff2::hillbilly:

For those who are worried (like me) about the depth of the river...

dudes, I have canoed that river several times - there really isn't much depth to it where you are going

the chart says (in fine print) "snorkel not required" :hillbilly:

Not to be confusing but the chart is for above Horseshoe. The water crossing we use to get to Sheeps in below Horseshoe, linked below.

See Horseshoe lake release
Anything under 400 I will cross alone above 400 be very careful and bring a snorkel and strap.
