A story on safety guys...I’m on a temp access pier under a new bridge running conduit below the deck over the river...safety harness and lanyard on etc, safety guy rolls in and freaks out “come down right now!” What’s up? “You need a life vest on. “ No no I’m tethered into the basket. “If the lift fails you need to float in the river.” What!? Is this a joke, the machine falls in I’m getting dragged with it (holding lanyard up to him) “Well we need the body to float”
