Hose clamps in many sizes, and ratchet straps, and vice grips, and a c-clamp, and... All things I've needed. My Oh s***! box is way to big. :doh:

Add to that, synthetic or real wine cork, and a bar of soap. used those along with some duct tape and ratchet strap to execute a temp repair on a 45 gallon poly fuel tank on a beach buggy camper truck on Cape lookout
 
@stevezero Why is it that most of our fixes end up on other people's junk? And there's gotta be a "trail tools/shtf repair" thread in here that we can move this to. :wrench::wrench::wrench:

Well, remember, I live in Greensboro, so we are always at least a week behind the big city folks.

If you're ever inclined to buy a Land Cruiser from central America, you'll find a lot of this--the locals call it "tica-rigged".
