So is that the Fayette OHV park?

Yep. Trails are cut really tight.

I did a little work on the lx today. Little seat action and I finally figured out why the rear driver door lock would not work with the remote. The inside plastic piece inside of the actuator cracked. I superglued it onto the arm. Will see if it will work if not I guess I'll replace it.

Whats the story on the exhaust ?
I changed the muffler a while back and now I cut the tail section with the resonator out and ran it so it should match up with my rear bumper whenever I get it. This lx sounds like a muscle car now... :)

Rear drive shaft installed.

That is too pretty for offroading. Are you going to have a HD one for hitting the trails hard?

I have to ask. Isn't the cv on the wrong end?

Planing on it. That's why I kept my stock ones.

All the pics I looked at online the rear went the way I have it installed. And the front went the way you described. If it is incorrect let me know.

Here is the front

I've never used a cv but they are used to combat high angles that cause vibration and binding. The largest driveline angles are typically at the transfer case. That's the only place I've seen them.

But then again I've never seen drive shafts out of phase and toyota fronts came from the factory that way. Drive line angles and vibration has to be at the top of the very short list of fzj80 flaws.

Agreed. I'm new to the 80's so I posted it and see what the other guys says. Thanks for pointing it out.

So I adjusted my pinion angle on the rear to within 1 degree. I sit on a 3.5 inch lift right now so the plan is to go to 4 and loose the pucks. I did not feel any vibrations so I guess that settles that ....for now until I lift her higher. Total instal time with dropping the drive shaft about 2 hours.
