I believe it would mount up just the same. You don’t have a light there?Interesting piece, but what if car has no sunroof? Probably impossible to mount it then?
Nope, I have nothing there, plain ceiling, first dome light is at B pillar crossmember.I believe it would mount up just the same. You don’t have a light there?
I did poke, but kind of did not feel much.Unless someone chimes in you may have to drop the headliner and see then. Two of the mounting points in my truck were hidden under the headliner close to the windshield and not being used by the factory stuff.
I have the >95 style headliner though. I could poke and feel the mounting points were there.
Yes I agree that the footprint is the same but the forward holes are deep and at the wrong angle. Wallowing them out would work if they were shallow holes but as deep as they are that won’t work. You might just wallow out the hole a bit to get it to work. They are the exact foot print of the OEM altimeter consoles.
I’m in need of 1 of your design for the auxbeam 8 gang mount with a gauge hole next to it!Im all caught up on orders. Let me know if anyone needs anything!

Any other input or slight redesign?Yes I agree that the footprint is the same but the forward holes are deep and at the wrong angle. Wallowing them out would work if they were shallow holes but as deep as they are that won’t work.
