I have to discagree with the getting out of college =$=freedom

I have less $ and less freedom. But I guess it has to do with the quick jump in for wife and kids. They are certainly worth it though!

Just thinking out-loud here, but if people got there early on Friday and we decided to run the trip backwards of the direction we took the scouting trip. We could meet at the park (tuckasegee park) , drive up 281 towards the bald we paused long enough for pictures during the scouting trip and before you get off the road and start winding up gravel, stay on the road. It will take about 5 more minutes of driving but you will cross a damn for wolf resevoir. After you cross the damn, there is a gravel road to the left. It winds around the lake to a cliff. You can jump off the cliffs into the water and swim around for a while. Then head up to the bald for the night.

Just a suggestion.

swiming is always fun, not a bad idea at all paticularly since it will be July ......... We will just have to see what times everyone one can get there, if everyone can't get there early enough we could always do two groups and early and a late one..........

right now it looks if Marshall and myself will be in the area thrusday night, but we will most likely be deep in the woulds trying to find some new trails for everyone to try......... so we would most likely not be meeting up with the early group.
