Well bright side they caught it , but yeah getting old ain’t for sissy’s.Looks like we're out for this year, probably, maybe, who knows. I go in Wednesday to get my prostate removed. They found some cancer doing a biopsy and for sure 6 weeks doing nothing. After that I have to work on the dribbles all damn Summer. I haven't worked on the wagon all Winter and it need some help, so not looking good.
I’m 55 this fall, my folks are either side of 80, aging and the unknowns that come with it are weekly considerations.Back when I was running, swimming and all that, my uncle told me, I'll be the healthiest corspe in the cemetery. In other words, nobody gets out alive.

Yes, I didn't want any radiation for the first go round. One night in the hospital and 6 weeks bugging Jeri all day. I had bought two prostate cancer books back in '97 and man, that was a total different operation then. Somethings in life have gotten better. I wonder if that Devinci machine could do anything for my head?Going the robotic way?
Been probably 13-14 years ago I was admin with hospital I sold my clinics to. I watched urologist perform prostatectomy with the robot and he stepped aside and had me assume the controls. This consists basically something that looked like a periscope you looked into and controls using your thumb and first finger. The degree of precision compared to the old ways was off the charts. All I did was pass some suture back and forth but it was amazing.Yes, I didn't want any radiation for the first go round. One night in the hospital and 6 weeks bugging Jeri all day.
