We have a couple fun new products! Treat yourself or someone on your list to an awesome Holiday Ugly Sweater! We have a 40 Series, 80 Series, FJ Cruiser, and GX470!

Check them out here! Good for 10 entries each!
FEATURED - UGLY SWEATER FJ40 - POST-100.jpg

FEATURED - UGLY SWEATER FZJ80 - POST-100.jpg

FEATURED - UGLY GX470 - POST-100.jpg

FEATURED - UGLY SWEATER FJ CRUISER - POST-100.jpg

Couple notes: It takes about a week for the shirts to be sublimated, cut, and sewn so order asap to ensure you have them for your holiday parties! Also, the 60 series 80 series and 100 series look nearly indistinguishable when rendered in these large stitch-shaped pixels, so that sweater works for the 60/80/100 crowd)

Thanks for all your support through this build!

So the sweaters look neat, but they all have the CruiserGear logo front and center... Which is fine, I do buy and wear branded clothing.

The thing I have a hard time wrapping my head around is what CruiserGear means. If I wear a shirt with a big Warn logo, or CAT logo, I guess I just think of it as yeah, I like their products I'll wear their shirt. (I guess I should throw in a smaller MUD related reference, so maybe like a Metal-Tech.)

All I know about Cruiser Gear is this promo thread about the Raffle rig. Looking at the Cruiser Gear website there is some neat shirts and other stuff. A lot of it also branded with Cruiser Gear logos. So I guess Cruiser Gear just makes branded shirts and lifestyle accessories?

Thought maybe the about page would get me all straightened out... Not so much... Just two sentences further fueling the question, why would I buy or even wear branded CruiserGear items?

"We are driven by our love for design, and the offroad community.

Based out of Utah.
"

I don't know, all that to say, maybe update your about page, people do read it.

(I'll save my other opinions on advertising in the Tech section for another time)

You know what they say about opinions? Everyone has one! I personally love your sweaters! I can not think of an Ugly Christmas sweater I would rather wear. (Well maybe one with a FJ40 followed by a FJ55.) As far as your name goes, its your product, your design, so you have the right to put your anywhere you like. Its branding!

The North Face is plastered on half of my clothing. Does "The North Face" mean that I am going to go mountain climbing on the north face? Does it mean that I like to mountain climb at all?

Maybe your name does say it all. What if your company is all about providing Cruiser lovers with Cruiser Gear and merchandise for their personal life from clothing options to mugs and other apparel.

I know you should have named your company Cruiser Gear! Oh wait you did! Great job Cruiser Gear!!

everyone calm down.. @Indygbd I think @Rooster47 just wants to know what they are about. I have often clicked on their site thinking it was parts.. lol. if someone has a backstory you vibe with, your more likely to where their stuff. myself I wear stuff because I like the heritage and they keep at least a bit of it. north face used to be huge for climbing and camping, Eddie Bauer used to be an outfitter, heck... abacrombie and fitch used to be an expedition outfitter that used to outfit teddy Roosevelt! but I digress. lol its ok to ask... no need for clown talk..

Edited clown comment, I didn't mean to offended anyone. Just stating a point. Cruiser Gear is about Cruiser Gear. Seems like an appropriate name. Since they are doing a giveaway I am guessing they may have a restoration business as well. Most likely under a different name. Most companies choose to do this. Create multiple LLC's to limit liabilities. For example, gear under one LLC, restoration under one LLC, and the building and real estate under another LLC Leasing company. Its not uncommon. To question why a business would put their own name on their merchandise seemed a bit ludicrous to me. That was my only point.

Thanks for your interest in our company and our giveaway! As you speculated, yes Cruiser Gear is an apparel and lifestyle accessories company. As we grow we intend to offer vehicle accessories as well. (We've already started that growth in offering Expedition One bumpers and accessories)

Thank you for the tip in updating the
About Us section of the site, I honestly did not even know that the About Us section was still published haha!

As for advertising in our build thread, I understand your concern, but rest assured we had this whole thread structure and premise approved by the owner of the ih8mud prior to even creating this thread. Hope that clears things up! Thanks again for taking the time to read our thread!
