Is there gonna be a live drawing for the winner next week?
It's not going to be finished by next week unfortunately. I'll have to update the sweepstakes dates. Waiting to hear back from JS Customs on the interior, and Legend on assembly after paint. We should know by monday when our completion date will be, I'll keep you guys posted!

We actually have an event coming up in a couple weeks (Utah Toyota Offroad Expo) so we will be restocking most of our shirts sizes for that! So keep an eye out in the next week or two! Though just a heads up, I will likely be changing the color of shirt for this next batch of Go Topless shirts. The minty green ended up being a bit too loud and bright I think. I liked it a lot, but it doesn't seems to be a color that a lot of others like haha!

I'm not gonna lie. The art on that design spoke to me, color and all. I LOVE the low contrast, 2-color.

Here is where I have to say some things I don't want to say. The "Go Topless" text is where you lost me. I ALMOST bought the shirt again at the UTOR expo, but couldn't make myself do it, bought the FJ43 shirt instead. The patch came in 2 pieces so the main portion has been on my backpack since the day it came in the mail. That "go topless" text bar piece is in a drawer somewhere, zero miles, clean one-owner barn find for someone someday. The typography was good, just have a lot of history seeing jeeps with that bumper sticker. I guess that kind of soured it for me. If you ever do a "If you can read this, flip me back over" but in upside down text, shirt, I'm breaking up with you. LOL. You know you have my heart Blake. I can't quit you.

Haha! this made my day. I appreciate your feedback! Maybe you'll like the new version of the Go Topless shirt (even though yes it still does say go topless on it). If not maybe i can change the "go topless" words on it to say "flip me over" instead!

How about spelling out "Go Topless" in Katakana..... Katakana, one of the Japanese phonetic alphabets. It was used as the Toyota logo starting in 1936 at the time when Toyoda Automatic Loom Works Ltd. launched its first car...TEQ

Love that idea. I'll add it to the ideas list for future shirts. The Go Topless v2 shirts are already printed and ready to start shipping so we can't change them right now.

Are entries still being added to the give away?

Are entries still being added to the give away?
Yes entries will be counted up until a few days before the actual drawing. I've spoken with all the companies involved in building of the rig and with everyones timelines combined we have a pretty definitive completion date of November 1st. With that end-date in mind we're putting our actual drawing of the winner at December 1st or 2nd. It's longer than we planned, but we've learned a lot through the build and in working with sponsors. We are excited to take all the things we've learned into our 2nd giveaway, which should only take 3-4 months to give away. And hopefully from there we can do even shorter giveaway periods as we continue to grow!

We want to welcome MC Designs Offroad as a sponsor for this build. Matthew over at MC saw the need for 40 Series door hinges that allow you to quickly and easily remove the doors whenever you'd like! He sent us a set of Quik Hinges for this build and they are nice and beefy! Can't wait to paint them up and use them to mount the doors! Thanks MC Designs Offroad!
