@Prairie Swamp, here's a couple of pics that @buck208 posted of his sliders that I made put on his 80. You can see the bottom bolts and sorta tell where the top bolts go.

Thank you both. That's the info I was looking for - I see the attachment. I'm going to see if I can package something similar on my truck.

It really wouldn't be that bad. Make the slider part, then put it on blocks or such to position it, then start fabbing up the connections and mounts.

Just got home and crawled under El'Rusto the plow 60 and the frame really lends itself to clamp on sliders with enough room so I think thats the plan.

Hey @roma042987 , here's a couple of pics for ya. My wife sent me a whole file of pictures from when we finished the phase 2 add on. If you want the whole thing, pm me your email (I probably already have it but not sure) and I will share the file.

very cool similar color scheme to my place. I really like the wooden beams and exposed rafters. What did you treat the wood beams around the front door with?

I just finished cutting and installing rafters over my big porch this weekend and got some tin on it Saturday. I did the smaller one the couple weeks before that. I used screws for the 4x6s but now wish I would have tried doing some mortise and tenon joints.

Killer place man. Love it. The posts don't really carry mich weight, more for looks. The set on treated pads under the trim so they limit water wicking. The stain is Benjamin Moore oil based transparent cedar. The arched beam above is 3 of the old joists sandwiched together with square head bolts powder coated black. The post are mortised in.

I finally made headway on my frame. I finished sanding on it and my daughter helped me plug threaded holes. I did the final layer of powder coat and cured it tonight. It isn't the greatest ever but it came out pretty darn nice. I'm happy with it.

While I waited on the oven I hot water power washed the body. I did the iron phosphate pretreatment in the inner wheel wells and up inside, around the door hinges, and the roof framework. Also cleaned the firewall and the rest of the floor. I parked the shell in the opening of one of the ovens to help it dry tonight. Getting closer.

Ain’t no MI rust coming close to this 60. Nice work man!

Tonight was the night for the Raptor Liner on the bottom. I like how it worked, came out even. I masked up around the edge and scuffed the epoxy primer to get it ready.

My daughter came to the shop and helped me for a while too. That was great

I'm doing this out of order but before the liner I got nuts welded into the b pillars so I could install rear shoulder belts too. I welded the nut to a large washer to get more hold in the pillar, then pulled it up from the bottom with light wire. I cut the factory hole open more too to get good weld on the nut.

I guess I didn't take a picture of the finished product but it came out pretty well

Looking good Pat. This 60 is going to be sweet.
