I have been focusing elsewhere but I have just read 3 pages of posts leading up to this post 12/18/2024… what else has been happening? I am hoping for the best read coming up..!

Holidays and work today so no progress. Tomorrow going to leave work early,
Had planned on pulling injectors and sending off to have cleaned but will likely just buy new ones. New gasket kit in hand to pull injectors. Watched a few videos on this TBI set up and it seems quite easy to work on!
Going to Install 10 micron filter and t valve to check fuel pressure. Also invested in smallest choke cable I could find today to probe the outflow line on tank after I blow some air in it depending on findings.
I’d say progress is about to happen!!

I know nothing about fuel injection…then I installed my Holley Sniper EFI
If I read and re-read that manual 12 times, that’s a minimal guess. But I did learn a lot and quickly. You may want to investigate that corvette inline filter with the return line. Using those AN fittings makes it an easy swap when necessary. Clearly you have a fuel delivery problem and it seems like your solution is around the corner.

You can buy the Dorman Universal Speedometer Cable Kit at most auto parts stores or online.
The benefit of the Speedo cable is you can put one end in your drill motor and spin it through your line, this helps it snake it's way around the bends in the tubing ( think cleaning a drain line with a sewer snake)
They make three different lengths.

What a cool tool!
Placed T valve after pump. Started it up and get 16-17psi.
Pulled injectors and I’m off to Oreillys to order couple new ones.
10 micron fuel filter in place.
This kinda learning sure is fun!

No longer my monkey so not my circus but…
“FP is VERY sensative in a TBI application. Anything with large injectors firing twice as frequently as they do will be sensative to the pressure changes. Going from 12psi to 14psi is a lot more fuel in a TBI system”
That system is oem from a ‘93 GMC pickup. Fuel pressure spec is 9-13 lbs.

This is the same part number from your old receipts and researching the old TBI forums, it’s far less than what was on it after it had its original hiccups.
Assuming you may have actually been making little more than 13psi and would vary between each pump?
New injectors will be here tomorrow, then sending old ones off to Wichita for good cleaning which will also help confirm whether they were clogged up. They provide print off of before and after their cleaning process which will be interesting to see.
Looks like there’s an internal fuel pressure regulator on the TBI system to backstop pump pressure. I’ll shut up now.

If that choke cable won't make the bends, try some weed whip line.
Or maybe some shifter cable for the mtn bike? That seems nice and flexible.

If you get impatient, I have seen folks switch the injectors "open" and fire some carb/injector cleaner through.
We have do things in the proper order of operations!

The speedometer cable seems like the most effective. The only thing I wonder about is the ends ability to chew through any obstruction? Haven’t looked yet, but curious if there’s an end that can be crimped on that would more easily drill through corrosion?
The Spedo cable is made from multiple strands of fine wire, cut with an angle grinder to expose a "sharp" end and spin it the correct direction and it will chew through anything that needs chewed through.
