Slow progress on the SG mount for a couple reasons.
1- the visor clip was broke, so I had ordered a couple of new ones. The Toyota part number was close to 33% cheaper than the Lexus one. So if anyone needs some tan/ivory window visor clips, here's the part number:

2- I ordered a Wolfbox rearview mirror while they were having a large sale. I like having dash cams, and you can use the rear cam as a backup camera (which I dont have since ive got a non-nav unit). I figured I would wait on running the SG wiring down the drivers A-pilar so I could run the hardwire power kit to the rearview mirror at the same time.
The kit I got: https://amzn.to/3GVO29b

Tweaked my cut on the visor clip. Original test vs final

Since I made the slit cut further back, I need a slightly longer bolt - but had plenty out in the garage with the same thread pitch.

I was also waiting on another cable from Amazon. I have a radar detector that is powered by an in-line adapter to the OEM rearview mirror. I am getting rid of the OEM mirror since I bought the Wolfbox mount kit. This way you dont have to strap the WB to the OEM making it much slimmer and a cleaner install IMO.

Ran the SG and WB wiring last night. Tested to make sure the Y splitter would power both the mirror and radar

Going to tuck all the extra wiring up behind the sunglass holder. Hoping to make some good progress on finishing the mirror and running the rear cam today if work is slow.

Some progress thus far today.
Stuck the GPS for the mirror to the underside of the roof. Figure if the heat kills the tape, it will just fall into the headliner and doubt that would make a rattle/noise.

WB Mirror mounted to the glass and all cables ran (plus the ethernet [far left] for the Scanguage power/data)
-mirror power
-radar power
-rear cam
-aux cam
-gps

It was a tight fit, but all five cables fit into the OEM black trim that goes from the mirror mount up into the headliner.

Tested everything (including the two cameras) and everything powered up.
Got the drivers side headliner all buttoned up. About to start on the passenger side to run the rear camera to the rear door.
I didnt/dont really have any plans for the additional front cam, but figured I might as well run the wire now while im in there. Ill probably just bundle the rest of the harness up into the glove box area. Then if I ever decide I want to use it, I can run the wire where I need to and the hardest part with the A-pillars and headliner is already done.
