Next spring that is,look'n good, Bronco Canyon is in your back yard.

After Bronco Canyon (behind the Mustang Ranch :D) then shoot down the hill and run
Fordyce.

I loved Bronco Canyon, all the wild running Mustangs, flowers and steep canyon cliffs absolutely beautiful.
Just don't try to find it if you don't know where to look. locked gate, gravel pit or 8 miles of nowhere...
It's pretty easy to get turned around up in the Virginia range. There are a couple of other canyons up there besides Bronco that are pretty cool.

Just got back from SnT!!!! What a blast!! Got to see a lot of folks i hadn't seen in a while, met some new folks. The friends I camped with both had 40's. They let me wheel em a bit and that got me stoked for mine.

That mean your gonna get to work and finish this thing now?

Missed you again? I didn't know you were there, again. I sent a few shots of the hard stuff up with Kevin. He brought it down and was going to leave it with me, but I had him haul it up there for you and the startup party!

Ed,
It was a pretty busy event this year. I had seen you while I was wandering around kicking tires on Sat., but at that time, you appeared to be in the grips of an intense conversation. I chatted with Nial for about 20 min about his 55. Anyway...I had intended to come back around, but started hangin with my friend Jack Daniels and well....things tend to go down hill when he is involved.:D:deadhorse:
Kevin DID leave the bottle of whiskey and also a case of Newcastle. Glad he got his tires okay!
Got to hang with Rob T for a bit and he just GAVE me a set of soft half doors, a rear view mirror, side mirror, window knobs and window rubber as a contribution to the build. Him and my wife were SNEAKING around behind my back covertly discussing what I needed to FINISH the rig.
I wanted to talk with Gary about his rig, but...just never got the chance. That is the most amazing rig I have ever seen. Just beautiful.
Met poser BRIEFLY and wanted to give him some s***...
Got to hang with Mace for a couple hours before he left which was cool.
It just goes by SOOOOO FAST!:crybaby:

So long story short...I saw ya and was GONNA stop by, but...never got to it. Next time! Probably Georg's swap meet is really the next event for us over here.

Got an appointment at the exhaust shop for next Tues.!!!!!!

FUGGIN AAAAA!!!!!!!!!

Gonna try and fire it the following weekend!!

Need a heads up, I'm in Portugal next week and have no internet near by.:crybaby:

Gotta get fluids in this weekend, put the drag link back in, bleed the brakes and do some general tightening up...

Only things left to wire are the stereo, speakers, 2M and some overhead lights....

Good progress man. Firing up the motor for the first time is so satisfying. Looking good!

Hoping it's satisfying. I am a bit nervous...

The biggest exam in your life untill now.

Lol... I had always compared this build to school!!! Seriously.

So yesterday, finished up all the plumbing, secured a few things, got ALL of my fluids (OUCH!!!! 200 bucks later), got oil, trans, diffs and 203 filled. Picked up a set of 10 in rear shocks and will be retiring the 12s I had on there. As pointed out earlier... They were just too long.
