Yeah, you're right. It was more the Faiders than it was Denver. Good point! Lets hope we pull it off.

I'm glad Merriman decided to have surgery. He should be healthy come camp time. Next year's a contract year. He should have a monster year.
 
I have hated that rule of a blown whistle ends a play since they brought in the Instant replay mostly because it doesn't allow teams to challenge a call because the play is dead and non reviewable. I have always wanted the refs to have to wait to blow the whistle or just allow replay no matter what. But yesterday I find it interesting that they reviewed the play. Why would they review the play if it was whistled dead? You're not supposed to be able to review plays if it was whistled dead. Now it's time to search You Tube for this supposed whistle that I have yet to hear.

Exactly! Why did they review that play?

I don't know if you caught Norv's post game comments, but he was very critical of the officials, saying (paraphrasing): 'we're professionals playing a professional game. We should have officials that match that same level of professionalism.'

Croc of SH*T indeed. Norv even said in the post game comments that Ed what's his face official came up to him and admitted he blew the call! :eek: Thanks, that helps much more that the 1-1 record we should have. :rolleyes:

Not even going to the last two seconds last week. We earned this win with a great passing game when LT went out and should have had it. Period.

Oh, yeah. How about Sproles! Hell of a game. :cheers:

Sproles Was and Is the man..... If you noticed they went to the passing game even while LT was in so I think LT was hurt pretty bad and a passing game was the game plan all along.
And the Bronco's attacked Cromartie right off the bat to test him because he was a game time decision and they saw he was not at the top of his game either.
 
Man I wish we could stay healthy for a season. We would be so hard to beat if everyone was not injured. :meh:
 
Sproles is awesome! That guy continues to impress me. My big questions about him is:

Can he throw a touchdown pass?? :lol:
 
Did you see Ed Hoch..... on the cover of Yahoo right now. He is apparently down in the dumps about the call. GOOD now he knows how we feel. The league better not send him to Qualcomm any time soon to ref a game. He might not make it out.... HAHAAH

I just wish the game had been televised out here so I could watch and hear the Patriot fans boo thier own team. Also fitting since the Dolphins were the last team to beat them in a regular season game back in 06. :grinpimp:
 
This evening I will post up a sweet pic from my buddies Tailgate Crew. I was soo tempted to buy a ticket last minute and go but I somehow walked away from the stadium and back to the truck and got home just in time to see Rivers throw the interception.
But we ripped the BRETS and now it's onto the Black Hole of Oakland...

By the way I guess we replaced our Defense with Special Teams :rolleyes:
