Norv's coaching style doesn't need a basher for a FB and Neil was feeling neglected. So a team that is looking to win now could really use him for the next couple of years but I don't think he will be missed too badly with our new offensive style. Now we just have to see if this style will work out next season again. Our future is on both LT and Rivers shoulders as apposed to just LT's.
I am glad McCree is out, I think he would get shaken off the coverage too easy. Therefore he was late to many plays.
Olivea lost his job half way through the season and apparently got lazy.

I am ok with only having "team players" onboard.
 
Pinock filled in admirably at FB while Neal was injured. Pinocks the guy now. He's younger and learned much from LoNeal. Weddle steps in for McCree. Cutting Oilvea sends a message about complacency and best of all creates cap space.

I'm looking forward to the draft next month. It'll be interesting to see which hidden gem AJ Smith picks up this year....

It was inevitable that he'd leave. He was too good to be a backup.
 
Yeah, too bad about MT. As running backs go, I'm guessing LT has 2-3 years tops at peak form before the inevitable decline... if it hasn't started already.

Ahh man I heard Weddle interviewed on the Scotty Ferrall show on Sirius and man I was liking what I was hearing!!!! Ferrall predicted that Weddle would take FOUR picks to the HOUSE!!! :bounce::bounce2::bounce::bounce2:

For those of you who have Sirius Satellite Radio today on the NFL Channel at 4 PM Pacific, they will be broadcasting from Chargers Camp....

For you XM people you will have to wait a while to get the NFL but it's coming now that the Merger FINALLY went through!!!!!
