ARB update. I was waiting for an ARB repair kit to run a new line to the rear ARB. Came in today and it's still letting the compressor run while its locked. Front and rear have enough pressure to engage but the compressor stays on. The third will have to be pulled and the collar seal will have to be repaired. My gear guy is not local so it's being sold as is.

I got the new control box in for the 8274 and added 125' of 3/8" synthetic line to the winch.

Also, I had a tiny drip on the oil pan I just replaced the gasket on so I pulled it off and added some FIPG and put it back on and it's now dry dry.

@wngrog Beautiful 60, GLWS… random question if you don’t mind me asking, what is the brand/make of that dash mat? Been looking for a nice quality one for my 62, this one looks well made and seems to fit great. THANK YOU!!

How has this not sold??
I've had a lot of interest but no one has pulled the trigger.

Seems the biggest question is the "rust" on the rear hatch.

Yeah it's there. No, you don't need to source a new hatch. It can be repaired or you can treat it with fluid film and it will not get worse unless you drive it around in the salt.

Not many other questions.

Took the 60 to show it today.

Buyer pointed out this crack back here in the paint on the back rear corner.

I thought it was just cracking clear coat but after talking to the original (really second) owner Clutchee he confirmed he backed into a rock 20 years ago and they repaired it and there is some Bondo back there. As far as he knows that's the only body repairs.

Wanted to make sure others know.

I've priced in the dents and dings into the asking price. I still feel this one is a good deal for its condition.

Just dropping in to say I bought Ms. Red. Thanks @wngrog for the TLC and the white glove delivery. Enjoyed reading history and stories @Clutchee and @dnp - I'm a sucker for a well sorted car. This will be third LC, but first 60 series. Too cold in Louisville to do much, but she's tucked in heated garage for now.

Congrats on your new ride. I had the pleasure of seeing it at Tilda Bogue before it went up for sale. Beautiful truck! Enjoy.

Nothing like looking the guy in the eye when you take the check. This era of people buying sight unseen is crazy.

I know I represent 100% but it's hard to know until you touch it.

Congrats on the purchase! You won't be disappointed with this truck. It's got ALL the right stuff, and it has virtually no "issues." That one has probably the best interior I've ever seen for a 60 that age! Truthfully, unless you're going to ultimately put it in a museum and not drive it, I can't think of anything else that needs to be done to it. It's about as mechanically well-sorted as any you'll find.

Again, congrats, and I hope you enjoy owning it!
