No fair looking at the picture info...

1984 Chevy Caprice?

Porsche had some strange ideas for interiors on these cars. Some good and some, well not so good...

1988 Silver Rose Porsche Turbo S

To ID this one correctly, it requires year, make and model. Hint: it's specific to one year and one model only.

Toyopet 1500. OK what do I win?

Nada :p

I could've looked at the side emblem too. To truly win this one, someone would need to give the model name, not numerical designation.

OK then Mr. Trebek. "What is a Toyopet RK23?" :D

"beep-beep-beep" (think Jeopardy here) Sorry, the answer we were looking for is...

The Toyota Stout.

I'm gonna have to go to the judges on this one, Alex...

According to Toyota's website (and yes I admit, I cheated and went to the interweb for the answer...) It wasn't called "Stout" until the 2nd gen which went into production in 1959

The truck in your picture looks more like the 1st gen truck which went into production in 1956 :eek:

If you look at the bed it matches the 1st gen truck better.

75 years of Toyota...

By association the term Stout has been assimilated into popular culture meaning any of the early Toyota pickups regardless of year. :D Judges say either answer is acceptable and Murf needs to start doing more research

OK, I owe you a cold soda the next time you visit me at the store.
Anyway, you know our friend Claire the rental manager....She is in the process of buying one and replacing the 4 cyl with a 2F. THe 1st gen truck is larger and heavier and would be a good swap. That would be a pretty cool truck to cruise around in.

No one ever accused us of being "right minded" :hillbilly:

that, right there, would be a real mistake - in my case, anyway :flipoff2:
