yeah looks like the cooler is on a gas can swingout and the laptop is actually a solar panel of some sort... I am more interested in what the bikes are!!

Missed this thread in August. Overnight trip to Webster Pass, in Colorado. My daughter loves driving and 'wheeling the FJ62. We found the perfect Columbine, the state flower of Colorado. I managed 16.5 MPG driving out (at 65 mph) through Colorado - pretty amazing.

^^^ I appreciate this. Who new Columbine was a flower. I associate that name with something far less beautiful...

Tagged along with my son's scout troop. Slept in the cruiser, and joined them for a day of mountain biking, hiking. Antelope Island, Great Salt Lake, Utah.

Not camping but got to take the cruiser to the barrier islands in NC. 1st time driving on the beach. The 2f isn't that crazy about the thick sand but I have yet to get stuck.

How was it? I've looking at taking a trip there and maybe go camping.

Still here! Love it so far. We did not camp however. Went in with a big group and rented a house for the week. My 60, two 80's and a fj cruiser.

sweet! sounds like a good time. Where at on barrier islands do they allow driving on the beach?

I've got my 60 set up for inside sleeping.
I used to camp in my FJ55 a lot, slept in the back.
The most memorable occasion was while on the way from Vegas to Mammoth Mountain for our skiing honeymoon. We spent the first night parked in the service drive of the Bishop, CA Chevy-Dodge-Ford-Toyota dealer. Seems someone got lost in the excitement of the wedding and hadn't done that tune up that he should.
Had a cop come by around 3 AM asking what the hell we thought we were doing.
"Honeymooning!" We said in two part harmony. He laughed.
We both caught spectacular colds, it rained all week and wrecked the snow, so we spent the week in the condo in various stages of misery. Worked out ok, though, we were married for 33 years.

Carolla is where we are. That section is free. You can drive on most if not all of it but you have to pay a daily fee.
