Well that was a lame for sale post, as I am now thinking I am going to keep them. Amy and the kids put up a stink since the sliders really help them get in and out of the rig, and the LC Phil sliders are minimal with no side steps.

Sorry, guys. Teaser thread.

Let me know if you change your mind. I can pick them up.

Looking for a decent set of 285/75R16s..

After lots of talking, and with the weather getting nice last weekend, I finally did it. Needs a set of tires though

@Jeeper i am 100% on board. I am going to do it to one sooner than later, I just need one that is a little more beat up.

What is the long range plan? Going to finish it out with a rear window and rear topper, or just pull the carpet and run with it. More pics would be great. Clutter up the STLCA 80 thread with all of them you feel like sharing, and with any progress or plans. ;)

Oh and if you decide to pull the flares, I call dibs

Oh d@mn, nevermind, I don't want to drill 100 holes in anything, let alone one of the cruisers...

Looking for a decent used set of 315/75 16 MTs for the 80. Or recommendation on a new tire that can hold up to daily driving and trail use. The ATs that are on there have lasted for a while, but are somewhat lacking on the trail.

I am a big fan of my 315/75/16 BFG KO2 a/t tires. They are lasting a long time (no visible wear after 20,000 miles), ride smoothly on the road, and the extra sidewall is good for occasional "weekend warrior" type trail use.

Tires are very subjective, as most people will chime in with different brands. @ukaviator is rolling on the new design Nittos and @ab1985 has had good luck with his Firestone destination m/t

Good luck, Monty!~

I have heard a rumor that Steen may be looking at selling the Mule. It is in great shape for a wheeler.
He gave me first right of refusal. I can't justify the cash right now unfortunately. I hope he gets what he wants for it - he likely will.

Good luck with the sale Sean. Solid rig, should bring decent $$. The market is all over the place these days.

And sorry to hear about the other. Life can kick you pretty hard sometimes. Will keep you guys in our prayers. If you need anything, let us know.

Picked this up. Locked front and rear. Fuel injection. 39.5 beadlocks. 5.29 gears Agm hydro assist steer. Orion transfer case. Metal tech cage and stinger. Warn 9.5 Trade for something else I don't need.
