You and me both, Bailey. Toyota doesn't want you to just buy the lens. $120 for the lens, $128 for the whole unit before discount. cruiserpart.net has the whole unit for $109 new. Let me know if you find a deal.

Thanks for doing the research. I'm not sure I'm ready for the looks of those LED lights. I do light the functionality of LED's though.

A mudder parting out a truck supposedly has both the mirror and taillight that I need, but I haven't heard back from him since he told me he has the parts.
 
Testing the waters for the FJC guys here. I am selling my drawer system that was custom made for my FJC. These pics are when it was brand new. It has some dings and whatnot from a year of use, but I am going to build another one to fit my fridge in it and have one drawer. I am not going to sell it until I make it back to Macon after I move back when I get out of the Army in the next couple months to build another. I just was going to put it on here first and if someone wants it they can get dibs on it and when I get back they can get it then. Asking $150. It is very well built. I hold a recovery strap, tree saver, snatch block, plug kit, etc in the left drawer which is just one big drawer. the other which is pictured has a shelf which hold all my little stuff I use that I keep in my truck and other smaller items in it. Also the drawers are carpet lined and I have carpet to lay over it just for the back piece and another for the whole thing. Comes with it.


 
I have a set of 4 TSL 36/12.50*15 bias tires brand new. They are mounted on a set of steel wheels with weld on beadlocks. Also there is a full size spare with about 50% tread mounted on a 15*8 steel wheel (non-beadlock). $1200. PM with any ?'s. I won't respond here.
 
Looking for parts

I am looking for a set of front seats and tracks for my '79 FJ40.

Not too concerned with the vinyl because I can re-upholster them myself.

Would like to find a set of steel wheels and caps if anybody knows of some.

Since you are willing to re-upholster, you might consider FJ60 front seats since the bolt up identically. The key difference beyond the upholstery is the head rest and back of the 60 seat (no metal panel).

Is your plan to re-upholster with gray vinyl for the factory look? If so, my seats need some upholster work. Later; if a quantity order is possible to reduce cost, let me know.

Really?.....Thanks for that info....I didn't know that.
I do plan to do the seats back to close to original.
Just now trying to get some restoration business going....only doing it on the side/weekends right now.
I will check my suppliers and find some original looking vinyl and let you know what I find.

if anyone is interested in an 80. 1994 FZJ80 214,000. head gasket and phh done by previous owner which happens to be a toyota mechanic. Brand new OME lift and 285 BFG AT. i am asking 4,900. please pm me for details.

I can usually sense how far off camber I can go
which is usually when I'm flopped on my side :D.
