We truly are trying to save you money but sometimes the best way to save is by not stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. Fixing it will be expensive but it will be done right and truly that’s what matters the most.

Taking it in for a a carb check up - if that didn’t solve it, I’ll take it to them.

Update : mechanic says it’s my Solenoid has no power going to it. So in his estimation that’s why the car won’t stay on idle. Shipped it home to me and said trace the wires find the issue get it connected right and then replace fuse and see what happens. He said carb “s*** I don’t wanna deal with your carb if it’s just bec your solenoid isn’t working. Soooo, thoughts? Wiring diagram for 76 solenoid that I can trace throughout engine into housing
