The only trouble I had was with the oval. The letters are all one material thickness in height with 1.5 times the thickness spacing or gap between the positive and negative dies. The oval is a bit more complicated with the center section raised two thicknesses and the perimeter three times. Thats a lot deeper and caused some warpage, though not enough that I can't get rid of it with a couple minor changes.

I may need to be in for one. My tailgate is back from media blasting, and being checked over for what it will cost to have it repaired...may just be cheaper to get a new one. Will know by the end of this week.

Anyone coming down from Canada to the new "Turf N Surf", formerly known as Surf N Turf next month? Not sure if they will be done by then, but that would be a good distribution-point.
