Just an update on the BP-51 revision I've been running with 35's for several weeks now:

Quiet...comfortable...high-speed, low speed, cornering, corning over rough at high speed in the desert, large rocks, rocky roads & more...
-ALL EXCELLENT!!
All doubts regarding this setup are gone.

BP-51's = Highly recommended.

Couldn't agree more. Beyond pleased with their performance in all situations.

Did you drive them in cold weather? I thought you said it only made noise in cold weather.

No. But after Arich went through four sets, & this same revision is finally to his liking under similar situations that were formally clunking, it helps with that question.

They are definitely running better than ever on my rig. No oil issues front or rear...compression and rebound adjustments are effective, and I am very happy.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Mark for dragging a Rock Warrior wheel all the way back to San Diego from Breck for me. Much appreciated!

Pleasure meeting you and Bubba IS a beast. Serious props to Mark for helping his cruiser do what all Cruisers dream of. ...

He got them at 5.11 Tactical. I use the same ones.

@Markuson really nice build. Can you tell me where you got those doodads that hold tools, etc on the back of your ARB drawers?

I use a total of NINE of these: 4 on each drawer (which fit perfectly...as though they were made for these drawers), and another on one side trim piece.

See below photo for link to the item:

5.11 Tactical Light Writing Patch

Note: Their photo on their web-site is outdated. There is really just one sewn separator now...which makes better use of the space. If you order the one pictured, you'll actually get the same ones as mine (single center stitching). If you have a large item (like the large flashlight on the left in my setup photos), you simply cut the stitching out of the middle so it forms one LARGE elastic space instead of two. Pretty handy option.

Really does make great use of quick-access items without having to open drawers, or even lower the tailgate. Highly recommended.

I really need to do a full build thread... This one is really just about the last few major mods.

Its been Slee'd

To get all those mods done did you have to drive all the way to slee offroad ? or do they have shop in california ?

No shop in California.

After a couple nightmare installs locally, I drove my TJM T13, suspension re-do, and winch to Slee...where they also added their rear bumper on that same trip. Sliders, drawers and dual battery also went in at Slee during a couple previous Colorado trips.

Quite a few other doodads went in from my wheelchair and prior fiddling in my driveway. I'm no mechanic, so I had Slee do heavy installs...but I've cut up & into my doors, pulled panels apart to splice in power, interior lighting and inverters, and fiddled away where I could. Had a lot of fun planning each piece...collecting everything in my garage while temporarily crippled... and when I pulled into Slee for this last big build, the only item I didn't already have in hand was their rear bumper. I think it all came together nicely, and I'm super happy.

You should be, it turned out amazing. One of the best 200s out there.

How do you like the Ridge Grapplers?
