Poser clued me in on this and I thought I'd pass it on. For folks with the single circuit, unboosted Master Cylinder that want to upgrade to a dual circuit (I'm starting a 4 wheel disc conversion) without the added expense of sourcing a booster:

Man A Fre sells a Wilwood master with an adapter. It isn't listed on their website and is pretty close to a bolt on conversion. I don't have the invoice with me but the same master is available from Jegs.

I had to modify the original plunger rod to fit.

The master clears the firewall without cutting the vertical support (?) and also clears my Weber 32/36.

nice man!!!

Yeha i am gonna update my brakes down the line too :)
Single circuit is just an accident waiting to happen :(

Disc conversion would be awesome too :)
I did a small stream crossing last month and holy mud/ clay in the drums haha :)

Was a bit scary the first time I had to stop :D

Great work man!

I'm very happy with my Geo conversion. Got the idea from Dallas: https://forum.ih8mud.com/fj45-owner...nd-restoration-info-thread-7.html#post3988272. Here's my thread: https://forum.ih8mud.com/fj25-owners-group/426386-brake-booster.html. I also used an adapter from JtOutfitters and did not have to cut my fire wall. Did have to slightly modify the adapter to fit the Geo but it was under $100 for the brake booster, adapter, and new brake lines. I can post some pictures if you would like, just let me know.

wish i had that info before i rebuilt my mates 75 fj45, had to cut the vertical fire wall support and make new/bigger holes for the booster...and grind away some of the clutch master body!
cheers for the info

have you started the disk conversion yet? How does the unboosted master work with disks?
