They're extra heavy wall 304 stainless with Magnaflow muffler and cat. 1/2" flanges at the manifold. Back purged and TIG welded. There's a V-band connection between the converter and muffler. I'll likely add another v-band between the muffler and tail pipe to make shipping easier.
Have you thought about doing a set for a FJ60? I am just down the road from you and this is exactly what I need for my rig!

Cool. Stock O2 sensors will reach from their plug ins?

I've done a couple sets of stainless FJ62 exhaust over the past couple weeks. Did the prototype a couple months ago and just had another truck in the shop for a set to verify that my fixtures were good. I finished a third set today for another local customer. We should be ready to start producing them in small batches in a couple weeks.

YES! Just at the right time. Any idea on price yet?

Very interested in this stainless set up. Looking forward to a little more detail and installed pictures.

Quiet and a flawless fit on the OEM hangars would be my priorities.

Thanks.

Building them for 60s is on the list. I just need one to come in for mock up. It's louder than stock and throaty but not annoyingly loud. I took a video of it but it was too big to upload. I'll try a smaller one today. The front O2 sensor reaches with no problem. The rear one that comes over the trans may have to be lengthened. Both sets I've installed, the trucks had aftermarket sensors that had been previously spliced. Pricing looks like it's going to end up at 1495.00 plus shipping. I've still got to figure out a way to package them.

In that last pic, it looks (LOOKS) like the exhaust pipe is real close to the shock and bump stop. On flexing the suspension is there any concern of the shock hitting the pipe or the pipe moving and hitting the bump stop? Or is it just an optical delusion?!

It's louder and throatier than stock but not in an obnoxious way. I haven't managed to get a good recording of it that will upload. I'll see if one of the guys that's running it now can get a good sound bite.

That would be great! Thanks.
