Also, figured out my approach angle if I have to tighten up the PHH. Thought that I’d get a visual on that before the intakes go back in.
2ft extension with a wobble on the end.

Put on new power steering lines, new rotor, installed painted front fuel line, distributor cap, and started belts (parts store gave me a wrong belt)

Power steering lines were hard as a rock. One broke apart when I bent it. I’m sure that they were original. One always leaked.

I want to rebuild the fan clutch also.

Easy to do. Just takes time to let the old fluid completely drain out. I'm guessing you have a 'blue hub'?

I did mine with 20K CST Silicone and it is just about right for our HOT Texas weather.

I dropped back to 15K when I did the F/C on the LX470....but it always runs a bit cooler than the 80 series anyway.

No, I’ve got the original clutch. Too expensive to upgrade:). I’m debating 15 or 20. I like it as cold as it can be. I noticed last summer that at lights it would warm up a bit. Would you go with the 20k?

Looking great. Fire it up!
Don’t forget to torque the fuel lines at the filter!

Wrapped the AC line. We’ll see how long that lasts :). Used the original heat pipe, to get the hose out of the way a little more.

Rode hard and put away wet...just got the lower intake on. Put that back ground strap on, fed the intake in, wire loom through the cut out intake. Those back bolts suck. You know they suck when you have to use one extension to feed it by hand and a longer extension to tighten it :) And then you have problems getting the extensions out. Taped up the bolts so they wouldn’t fall off. PAIN
