Love how those tires and wheels look on your rig Snow! A couple questions:
Are the tires siped?
If not, have driven on em in the rain?
If so, does it seem to lose traction?
I really like the tall and skinny look, wish BFG made something taller than a 33x10.5, (I have the stock 15" wagon wheels), REALLY want a set of Swamper 34 x10.5 or 34 x9.5, but none are siped, and it rains a little here in San Diego. Our wagon is the Wife's DD. Granted, she only has a 5 mile round trip to work, but still, safety first! We drive a lot on the weekends to...
Thanks in advance,

Danny

The tires are not siped, We live in washington where it rains almost non stop through the winter it seems and they work amazing. I tried to lock them up and I couldnt (brake update coming soon!) they really are good tires, I dont hesitate to let the wife drive her any time. people also worry about cornering with those big sidewalls but I can barrel around corners and never feel them give. I ran 15psi 40mph+ no worrys.

Looks like a little teething going on for Cash. Man I don't miss those days.. Just keep him in the garage and on the trail, he'll become a big help to ya and it'll be a good learning experience for both of you.

J

Haha, yah Ill have to post one of the new pictures of him driving, he loves hanging on to the steering wheel and feeling the diesel vibes!

OH My Gosh that picture is frecking awesome!

New post coming soon, to busy and its time to family :princess:

Oh I dono it I shared but I have been keeping a eye out for a welder for a fellow mudder and came across a 240v mig with gas bottle for 80$ so I jumped all over it (sorry william) haha he was looking for a 120v anyways. yay! now I can go over all my crappy welds and have some more piece of mind hahaha :hillbilly:

Hell yeah! Welding in flips! gotta have fast feet!

Looking good, dude!

I should have yet another project for you to take on in the next few days. This one should keep the :princess: happy, though! Hoping to get hands on by Friday, Saturday morning at the latest.

Well, work has been busier then maggots on a caracas so I have not been able to do much, working overtime every day and saturdays, I finally took last saturday off and went up and shot a bear with my cousin. This weekend we have to travel south to see the inlaws side of the family and unfortunately go to a funeral :( so I wont get much work done. Come to think of it I wont be getting much done for quite some time unless work slows down, next weekend deer bow hunting opens for the wife, then the weekend after that bow for elk for me, then the week after that I'll head up and hope fully get a mule deer in the wilderness... then thats where my mental time line ends and I will hope fully get some sleep haha.
On top of that, I dont know if I mentioned it but I scored a new 240v mig welder w/gas for 80$ so we decided to put that to use and build a customer some heat pump cages so they wont get stolen again. blah, I am doing to much! I also learned how to arc weld on the fly when installing the pumps, we have had a 240/120v arc welder sitting in the shop for some time that was given to us so we got to put that to use as well. I actually enjoy arc welding.

Anyways! I am sure I will sneak in time here and there because as Mike mentioned above he scored me a edgestar fridge thats low on refrigerant for 40$ YEA! I am stoked I just need to find the leak, braze it and add some r134 and we should be golden fingers crossed!
Picked up this 2500W inverter as well, she will go good with my battery bank I am stocking up on. And I splurged and decided to be a test dummy for this new range finder for the high buck hunt. I love vortex brand and they 10x better warranty and customer service then leupold but its there first range finder so we will see.

Pics, lets pray for time to actually use and install some of this stuff!

And just because its here, has anyone seen one of these?!!!! omg we saw one out on a job a couple days ago and I turned and ran! it was about 5-6" long, like the size of a bird. Its a ichneumon wasp, I was reading about them pretty frecking crazy.

Let me know how the 2500 Whistler performs for you.. I'll be adding one to the rig before to long..

J

Will do, it has great reviews and is pretty well priced. I got this one for 50$ cheaper then any I had seen. I hope I dont regret not getting the 3000w but as long as I get a york I will be fine. Other wise I will run a 1hp or 1.5 hp compressor off it, along with many other things.

People actually steal those central A/C units?? Crap!
What the hell you gonna do with that big ass bear? I know, preserve it in the seated position, put in your cruiser, and those would be shock thieves would think twice for sure!

I hear the new thing now is drinking hand sanitizer..... What the #%|> is wrong with people

Cool wasp, those things will scare the *&%^$ out of you if you don't know they're harmless. Love the snake fry pic too, that's some :hillbilly: goodness right there.

You should add your roof field glasses mount to the $50 mod thread, that is outstanding. I am definitely going to do that, my binocs are small 10x25s and fit in the console but it would be nice to have them handier. Seems like I usually want them in a hurry when I want them.

Very cool stuff.

HAHAHa thats a good idea! but I am just going to eat it and call it good ;) even with the price of copper back down to just over 2$ a pound around here its still crazy. We had a section hit a month ago and they got away with almost 10 units. That was in puyallup which is a better town then most around here.
Those ones where stolen from a church of all places, but I guess the tweakers don't care.

OMG! that older gas and mineral oil is so bad for you! try that on the new stuff oil hydroscopic and would probably dry them from the inside out... I dont see how you would survive.

Yeah thats exactly why I put those bino's up there, you always need them quick! and can never get them fast enough. For sure one of my fav things I have done so far, and so simple haha.

I got a lot of things to do coming up, I just hope I get to some of them soon.
