anyone know where to get one local that not from the dealer? I called spector and used ones are $35 and new ones are $83 but they're out of used ones.

$35 isn't bad. I think I paid a MUD member that much with shipping for mine.

There's quite a few parts involved. If you get used at $35 from somewhere, you're better off because $85 at a dealer will only get you the tray.

I think those are just foam inserts. If you have leftover "pluck n pull" foam from a Pelican case, you can just use that.
I just ordered everything new from a vendor here on mud, I searched for a used one but most were in really bad shape and / or not cheap enough to deal with.
I now recall how I actually got my tray. I ended up trading someone on here who had an extra PS tray and I had an extra DS tray so we just swapped trays and kept our own hardware. Sometimes things just work out.

Just ordered mine from CDAN.
I just ordered a tray from my local toyota dealership. I asked for the TLCA discount and it came out to about $69 for the carrier and a few bucks more for the mounting hardware. I think it was less that $100 out the door including tax for everything in the above diagram except the foam pads.
