Is it a ten speed now?

New window channels from @SLOCRUISER !

The others were more of a suggestion of where the window might would maybe sometimes go than anything else. A lot the other rubber is new, but the channels were terrible.

Now when the door closes, it just goes thumpp instead of thuwumpkakakakakkakakak as all the windows flopped around.

New attack dog loves the bacon too

240 mile shake down run went great. Mechanically ready to go to SSS. Cruise control is nice

.... so finally put in a working radio and new speakers. Didn’t feel bad about cutting in the back. I feel like this -isn’t- the factory Toyota wood paneling. Felt like I was in high school hooking up 6x9s in the back of Toyota.

Man it’s nice to not have to wear headphones on the long drives.

When I was inside dropping off the spare to get mounted, a guy started talking to my father-in-law sitting in the passenger seat about the Hogger. He had no idea about any questions the guy asked except what year it was. He said it was the first time in his 68 years that he has been asked about the vehicle he’s in. Nobody chats him up in his Honda Fit.

Coolest truck ever.

This truck is so funny.

1) probably lesbian couple in a super clean old Beetle offers to trade me
2) 60ish year old man in a very expensive Audi was taking pics of it and asked if it was a ‘68
3) old South American looking man with no front teeth in a early 80s 2wd Toyota pickup with no bumper almost broke his arm fist pumping me a thumbs up

all this morning

It’s not for sale for real. It’s a promotional effort for the shop is all.

I would like to build another from the ground up exactly as I want it.

......Then it will be for sale

Or just modify this one. Dunno.

Yeah I don’t think a Pig can be built up correctly, pay yourself anything at all and sold. This is based on the fact that I just did a 40 that is at least $10,000 over market value with very little labor costs.

Build one to keep? 1000%. Then sales value is not as important.
