Did some riding before winter returned and am planning on doing a lot more riding this summer.

My trusty steed really needs some new parts and a tune-up. Anyone REALLY love a local bike shop?

Not bad for an 17 year old bike, don'tcha think...

I have only had limited experience with LBS. Pro Cycling built a wheel set for me a few years ago, good work, a little spendy but I am used to getting team deals where I have lived in the past.

LBS?

Yeah, worked at a bike shop in college so I cringe when it comes to paying retail. I'm used to paying 1/2 for everything... and usually nothing for labor (except for a 6pack for the mechanic :D).

Diggin the Kona! I need to get out more on mine too! As for bike shops I usually work with Ted's Bicycles on N. Hancock. I have also worked with Criterium but they cost a bit more.

The US m101 is too big for what you want, IMHO

You want the CDN m101 or US m416

Friend of mine bought an M1101, thought he was going to make an off-road trailer out of it. It was way to big and heavy for the purpose, and the tounge was far too high off the ground.

Was filling up with gas and a guy in a Rubicon came over and started asking me about the 100, the TEQ badge threw him a bit. Anyway, real nice guy, gave him a card, invited him to go wheeling. Nice to see the love of wheeling transcends makes and models. :):steer:

I think that is way too high. That is the price range I was thinking of selling mine when the time comes. Or, maybe I am too low ..haha :hmm:
