I tried very hard but I didn't see any spacers under ASFIR cross member in your picture.
There are small spacers under each end of MongooseGA's bracket ~ like a 1 cm thick washer.
My 100 is a US 1999.
I mounted the ASFIR bracket snug to the frame and then put the slider u-bolt over it (and UNDER the brake lines!).
No need to touch my sliders to remove my skid plates ~ don't expect to take the bracket off unless I need to drop the transmission.
They're about a 1" spacer. I'm not sure how to make it any easier to see here. Thanks but that is not what I was trying to find out.
Thanks for the clarification. They are above the ASFIR cross member, not under, for me.They're about a 1" spacer. I'm not sure how to make it any easier to see here.

I addressed this quite some ways back in this thread - new (larger width opening) u-bolts won't fit into the existing mounting holes in the legs of your sliders.
Haven't seen that mentioned but don't see why it wouldn't work.Has anyone with WKOR sliders avoided using spacers like @MongooseGA and instead shortened the leg of the cross member and drilled a new bolt hole just inside of where the u bolt attaches to the frame?
One person job (although awkward). 13mm socket wrench. There should be no issue with the filter.Hi friends,
My truck has the 3-piece Asfir skid plates. I'm about to replace the Center Diff Lock sensor that's on top of the transfer case, and seems I have to remove the transfer case skid plate to reach it. Could someone please tell me if that's an easy one-person job? Do I need any special tool other than 8mm/10mm wrenches? (Maybe use a floor jack to hold/lift the plate up when reinstalling it back?)
Also, does anyone have problem installing the Mobil1 M1-209 (larger than OEM or the M1-102) oil filter when the front skid plate is in place?
Thanks!
Nice idea with the block of wood. I’ve also been trying to think of alternatives to their washer setup.Have mangled that center bolt several times.
I replaced the tube spacer with a block of wood mostly to give me comfort jacking the front up but it also supports the skid plate better when it gets hit.
Have been meaning to try some button-head allen bolts ~thinking the rounded edges might reduce the effect of some hits.
And where can you get these?
