I have a Tamiya CC01 FJ40 Land Cruiser. This is completely assembled. Upgrades include a 55T RC4WD motor, metal emblems, Tamiya light kit, aluminum steering shaft/arms, ball bearings all around, RC4WD 1.55 steel bead lock wheels, and RC4WD Mud Trashers (BFG Mud Terrain mimics). It has a mounted spare as well as some other little scale details (see through grill, license plate, gas cap. Mounted via velcro (no posts through the body). Has a Tamiya stock ESC and a Flysky 3 channel reciever. Making it available here before I post to the RC forums.

Marking this down to $200...

Long story short, I have a set of Baja roof brackets (basket not available). These were made for the full basket type (not 100% flat and 80%). Not sure what they go for so DM an offer.

I also have your standard Brush bar(aka off-road light holder) with mounting hardware. $80

Located in South East Gilbert.

The back of the A440F is different between the FJ62 and FJ80 with full time 4WD.

So what are you using an A440F in? I wish there were the same. Would be easy to pull the transfer case off my 89 FJ62 and reseal it. Not how many FJ62s are in the club. Maybe someone has gone to a H55F. I bought a spare transmission and transfer case from Tim Hill about twenty five years ago. Might check with him. He was parting a few 60 series last year when I went down and pick up some parts from last year.

I am considering using it in the pig instead of the H55F so my wife can drive it.

My original plan was to put the A440F in my FJ45 so my wife would drive it. She doesn't care to drive the FJ62 which the 45 would be no better. So scrapped that plan.

Alvis put a transfer case off a 89 FJ62 into some 40 series. He possible mine still have that A440F in that 89. Remember he had some issue using the transfer input gear. The Automatic crossmember is further back than the manual. The A440F has a skid plate that mounts under the pan. The crossmember is where the transfer case skid plate mounts.

I'm not totally sold on the plan, but evaluating my options. I think it would be more fun around town as a retro cool cruiser with an auto... but less sexy than with a H55F.
